The kids have been using magic noodles to create the letter G for Giraffee!
Today at the morning art table, the kids had fun making tire tracks with race cars! They dipped the tires in paint and sped off all around the table with their cars! What a fun way to create art!
This week we are exploring the world of Polar Bears. At group time we have been talking about where polar bears live, how they keep warm and what they like to eat. The kids have loved exploring the real life pictures of polar bears on our magnet board.
Today the kids finger painted using brown finger paint to make hot chocolate in their mugs! The special thing about this finger paint was that it smelled like real hot chocolate! After the “hot chocolate” dried, the kids got to top off their mugs with some marshmallows. The final step was to write their names on their mugs with the help of Ms. Rachel=)
We couldn’t pass up the oportunity to capture this picture of Hunt serving hot chocolate to all of his friends. The kids were lined up out the door to get a sip of his wonderful hot chocolate!
This morning Sam and Ella decided to take some time to relax by the fire and sip their hot chocolate. What could be better than this on a cold winter morning=)
This afternoon the kids made themselves all cozy in the bear cave with Ms. Karen to read stories. The kids loved cuddling up around our friend “Mr. Bear” to read stories and pretend to take a LONG nap like bears do!
