  • Sandy Play-dough

    Ms Lori created a wonderful discovery group today using sand play-dough.  The play-dough had a cool sandy texture and smelled a bit like the seashore!  You can find the Sandy Play-dough Recipe by clicking the first picture below.  Have fun creating!

  • More from the toddler room!!! 🙂 We had fun fingerprint painting and playing with play dough. 🙂

  • The Last Day of Summer Camp

    It is so hard to believe that we just wrapped up the last week of summer camp at Tots. We had an exciting last day…playing in the sensory tub with soil, noodles, shovels, and toy animals, eating ice cream from the ice cream truck, and painting with ice cubes. It has been such a blast to play, create, and explore with your children this week! Check out some of our photos from the last day:

  • Our Final Week of Summer Camp!!!

    We kicked off our final week of summer camp today! Lots of creativity and fun on our first day of this week!! We had fun painting with muffin tins and exploring “no-mess” finger painting (paint in a ziplock bag). There were lots of new faces this week, and we are thrilled to have them join us for this final week! Check out some of our photos from the day:

  • Summer Camp Week 3 :: Days 2 and 3

    We continued our music theme for the week with exploring musical instruments, singing, dancing with ribbons, and so on! We’ve had a lot of fun in the music center. Also, I brought in my guitar, and we sang together at the end of the day. Miss Kate taught the children a new song: “The Baby Bumblebee Song.” It was an instant hit! 🙂 The children also enjoyed the bee wings we made to go along with our “Flight of the Bumblebee” theme for day 3. Aside from the music theme for the week, the children had fun playing with bubbles and bouncing in the bouncy house.
