We followed the characters, Iguana, Pot-bellied pig, turtle, and rooster through the book Cook-a-doodle-doo today as they baked Great Granny’s (The Little Red Hen) famous strawberry shortcake. Iguana wanted to measure the flour with a ruler instead of a measuring cup while pot-bellied pig waited to be the “taster” at the end. We then tried out the Granny’s recipe and boy was it delicious!
We used different tools to move water today during our science discovery time at camp. Which tool moves the water the quickest and which tool moves the water the slowest?
